Club Host

·       Arrives at least twenty minutes before scheduled start of meeting.

·       Greets guests and helps them feel welcome.

·       Introduces each guest to a member so that the member can elicit information sufficient to provide an introduction when requested to do so by the presiding officer.

·       Reminds the member that he/she will be asked to introduce the guest, e.g. “This is John Jones. Please make John feel welcome and provide an introduction when recognized by the presiding officer.”

·       At end of meeting, assures that each guest has received any information he/she requires and thanks him/her for attending.
