· Call Evaluators, Grammarian, Vote Counter, Ah Counter, Timer, Money Collector, and Club Host no later than Thursday before the meeting |
|
· Observes progress of the meeting as it proceeds through its segments |
|
· Advises attendees to hold their applause after each Evaluator speaks until all the Evaluators have completed their evaluations |
|
· Briefly introduces the Evaluator for each prepared speech (e.g. evaluating the speech of Speaker No. 1 today will be Toastmaster X) · Calls for Grammarian’s report |
|
· Provides a brief verbal report on overall quality of the meeting, including whether it began on time, how well meeting protocol was followed, things that either made the meeting great or that required improvement |
